An Ohio perspective

I was surprised to read yesterday that even Hillary Clinton’s own brother would consider voting for Bob Barr, Libertarian presidential candidate. Now anyone who has been up on politics for more than a decade knows The Rodham Brothers to be somewhat of a liability - or at least more than an embarassment - for both Clintons. Tony especially seems to be somewhat of a misfit - getting into trouble with the law, selling a presidential pardon from Bill Clinton to a pair of carnys in Tennessee, and staying hundreds of thousands of dollars behind on child support.

While that’s a lousy recommendation for any endorser, it still amazes me that this pretty average DNC “consultant” is even considering turning his back on the Democratic Party in November. It just goes to show how interesting this year’s contest will be!
